For years, I was this woman: driven, successful, and outwardly confident.
But inside, I often felt uncertain, disconnected, and full of self-doubt.
I know what it's like to appear capable on the outside

My own healing journey through therapy
and coaching led me to the work I do today.
I became a therapist, specialized in trauma and
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
And over the past 30 years I have made it my mission to guide thousands of women through deep personal transformation.

Successful women were not shrinking
because they were weak.
They were shrinking because old protective identities
